What We Do
We inspect electrical systems. 3 out of 4 electrical panels inspected contained defects.
The structure is inspected for compliance with accepted construction standards.
In addition to the home inspection, grounds are inspected for conditions which may adversely impact the structure.
Heating ventilation and air-conditioning is inspected and operated. We inspect water distribution and drainage.
